Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer

About the Role

Nabina Building Materials, a premier provider of building materials and bespoke interior solutions in Qatar, seeks a creative and meticulous Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer to expand their team. The successful candidate will be passionate about translating client requirements into well-crafted, aesthetically compelling interior environments, working across residential, commercial, and retail sectors from initial concept through to final execution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design tailored kitchen, wardrobe, and interior solutions complying with client needs.
• Create inventive interior design concepts, mood boards, and spatial planning layouts.
• Generate detailed furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, sectional views, and comprehensive drawings.
• Choose appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, hardware, and accessories for projects.
• Produce top-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for presentations using SketchUp software.
• Compile presentation materials that clearly express design ideas.
• Interpret technical prerequisites accurately and prepare detailed shop and production drawings using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure design precision and compliance with specifications.
• Undertake site measurements and inspections to facilitate project accuracy and supervision.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve onsite design challenges and guarantee proper implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 2 to 3 years of practical experience in interior design, with a preference for expertise in kitchen, wardrobe, door, joinery, or fit-out projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with additional skills in Enscape or similar rendering tools and photo editing.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and detailed interior design elements.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities coupled with strong client management skills.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
• Currently residing in Qatar; possession of NOC for transfer is advantageous.
