Installation Team Member

About the Role

Dairymaster is seeking Installation Team Members to join their team based at the Global Headquarters in Causeway, Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland. This full-time position involves installing dairy cow milking machines, feeding systems, and manure handling equipment at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installations of dairy milking, feeding, and manure handling machinery on customer sites.
• Work flexibly from both the Dairymaster headquarters and various customer locations throughout the region.
• Adapt to working overnight stays and overtime hours as necessary to meet operational demands.
• Operate with high standards of workmanship, adhering to all quality and health & safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, contributing as a dependable team player.
• Take on varied roles within different sections while on site if required to support overall operations.
• Troubleshoot and assist in maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant practical experience or formal qualifications with machinery installation preferred.
• Strong background working with farm equipment including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, fitting, or fabrication skills.
• Familiarity with power tools, large masonry drills, impact drivers, and other mechanical assembly tools is beneficial.
• Interest or experience in engineering, agriculture, or the dairy sector is an advantage.
