Role Overview

The Insights Manager will play an instrumental role in defining SuperValu's trajectory through deep understanding of customers, actionable insights, and strategic acumen. This position is responsible for converting customer, shopper, market, and competitive data into clear, actionable recommendations that fuel growth, enhance customer relevance, and inform business decisions. Acting as the voice of the customer, the manager collaborates closely with varied internal teams including marketing, retail, trading, own brand, proposition, retailer, and executive leadership to ensure customer-centric decision-making.
