Job Overview
The Immigration Analyst acts as a strategic collaborator with professionals at various levels, external partners, government bodies, and immigration service vendors to lead the implementation and continual improvement of immigration strategies within their region or segment. This role involves managing numerous complex immigration-related projects aimed at delivering streamlined and effective immigration services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Independently manage moderate to highly complex immigration cases utilizing extensive immigration knowledge.
- Execute complex sequential projects with foresight to contingencies and alternative approaches.
- Apply specialized immigration expertise to suggest new projects and contribute to strategic process enhancements.
- Resolve diverse intricate immigration challenges using established practices and recognized procedures with discretion on significant matters.
- Coordinate all aspects of immigration procedures from initial consultation, eligibility assessment, technical guidance drafting, to documentation, ensuring compliance and timely, efficient processing.
- Provide operational assistance by promptly addressing immigration queries, identifying challenges, researching and proposing viable solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact between employees, internal departments, legal counsel, and service providers to resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate immigration data and monitor visa, work, and residence permits through specialized systems following department guidelines.
- Lead or mentor junior team members to optimize performance.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and vendors to predict regulatory changes and enhance procedural workflows beneficial to FieldCore.
- Create training materials and guidance to support immigration team members and employees.
- Oversee relationships and performance evaluations of immigration vendors and service providers to ensure alignment with company needs, objectives, and cost controls.
- Travel may be necessary as part of role responsibilities.
- Perform additional duties to support FieldCore’s vision and core organizational values.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Completion of High School education.
- Minimum of five years experience specifically in immigration.
- Proficiency in English language is mandatory.
Preferred Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong abilities in time and project management to deliver under tight deadlines.
