Responsibilities

• Support continuous production flow and participate in regular equipment inspections, maintenance, and cleaning procedures.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, policies, procedures, and relevant legislation, including health and safety and food handling.
• Promote smooth team operations by understanding and applying BRC Technical Standards in daily tasks.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, guiding team members effectively and fostering a positive work atmosphere.
• Report operational and personnel issues promptly to supervisors.
• Ensure all staff adhere to factory procedures and protocols consistently.
• Manage assigned operational areas, covering machinery, personnel training, and technical requirements.
• Work effectively in cold environments and be capable of manual handling tasks including moving and lifting.
