Role Overview
We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Human Resources Executive who will support comprehensive HR functions throughout the employee journey. This position is pivotal in maintaining seamless daily HR activities, ensuring strict compliance with local labor regulations, and delivering a consistent and positive experience for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee everyday HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and managing employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain precise employee records aligned with Singapore's employment legislation.
- Ensure adherence to Singapore labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Draft and prepare various HR documents such as contracts, confirmation letters, and employee communications.
- Handle statutory submissions including CPF, IR21, IR8A filings and assist in payroll-related audits.
- Keep HRIS data updated through regular monitoring and timely inputs, collaborating for accurate attendance and timesheet tracking.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist monthly payroll operations by verifying attendance, allowances, and deductions; process payroll for new hires and departures, including final payouts.
- Coordinate payroll reconciliation activities, liaising with Finance teams and payroll vendors, ensuring timely submission of relevant statutory filings.
- Support recruitment activities such as job advertising, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and maintain recruitment records.
- Assist in employer branding efforts including organizing career fairs and recruitment drives.
- Help administer employee benefits programs including insurance, incentives, and perks, and facilitate engagement initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and retention.
- Support the coordination of feedback cycles and follow-up actions to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Participate in HR improvement projects including process standardization and HRIS system enhancements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the People & Culture Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR is preferred; however, candidates recently graduated with a strong enthusiasm for HR operations are considered.
- Diploma or degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of Singapore payroll systems including CPF contributions and IRAS regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a proactive and reliable approach to handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
