HSE & Sustainability Trainer

Position Summary

Bramosh Global Institute is inviting applications for a knowledgeable and dedicated HSE & Sustainability Trainer to join our international academic team. This role involves delivering engaging online training sessions, mentoring participants, creating academic materials, and fostering proficiency in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Environmental Sustainability, ESG, and related global professional qualifications. This position provides an excellent opportunity to educate learners and corporate professionals from over 50 countries, contributing to the development of capable HSE and Sustainability experts worldwide.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct live, interactive online training sessions using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
• Impart comprehensive knowledge on Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sustainability, ESG, and associated international certifications.
• Organize learner inductions, revision sessions, workshops, and Q&A interactions.
• Clarify complex technical topics with practical workplace examples and case studies.
• Maintain a learner-centered and professional training environment.
• Develop course presentations, lesson plans, and educational resources.
• Create assignments, assessments, quizzes, and examination materials.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive academic feedback.
• Support learners throughout their qualification journey ensuring successful completion.
• Update and enhance course content for continuous academic quality improvement.
• Deliver training on ESG principles, sustainability frameworks, climate risks, environmental management, and ethical business practices.
• Provide guidance on ESG reporting and sustainability reporting frameworks.
• Integrate sustainability best practices into all HSE training modules.
• Stay informed on evolving ESG regulations, sustainability trends, and global reporting standards.
• Respond professionally to learner inquiries during and after sessions.
• Mentor learners from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, offering career development advice where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with awarding body standards and Bramosh Global Institute's academic policies.
• Maintain precise academic records and attendance logs.
• Assist with Internal and External Quality Assurance processes as needed.
• Participate in webinars, conferences, promotional activities, and awareness initiatives.
• Contribute to the creation of new training programs and professional qualifications.
• Represent the institute professionally in engagements with learners, partners, and corporate clients.
• Prepare educational materials such as presentations and study guides.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must hold at least one of the following: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a closely related field, Level 6 or Level 7 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Preferred expertise includes ESG, ESG Reporting, Environmental Sustainability, Sustainability Reporting, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, Risk Management, Incident Investigation, Behaviour-Based Safety, Process Safety Management, Fire Safety, Chemical Safety, Oil & Gas Safety, Road Safety, and Construction Safety.
• Internationally recognized certifications are an advantage.
• Strong foundational knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety and Sustainability.
• Thorough understanding of ESG concepts and reporting.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Fluency in spoken and written English with clear communication skills.
• Professionalism, patience, and a learner-focused teaching manner.
• Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical subjects for practical understanding.
• Confidence managing live online sessions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.

Additional Information

Position: HSE & Sustainability Trainer
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Freelance
Work Location: Remote (India based applicants aged 22+; male and female candidates welcome)
Compensation: INR 16500 to 45000 per month (equivalent to approximately $200 to $500)
