Role Overview

We are hiring a seasoned HRIS Domain Solution Lead for our Group Technology team based in Singapore. This pivotal role focuses on shaping, managing, and advancing the architecture and solution frameworks of our Group’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The incumbent will provide strategic oversight to ensure HR-related platforms, data flows, and integrations are logically structured, scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational HR strategies, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Group P&C, external vendors, and implementation teams to facilitate HRIS deployment, including phased rollouts, testing, launch, and post-implementation support.
  • Promote standardization of HR processes, optimize workflows, and harmonize operating models across varied markets and new acquisitions.
  • Convert HR operational and business demands into robust and maintainable HRIS solutions and processes.
  • Support implementation of compensation, performance management, and employee lifecycle systems through effective design and governance of HRIS.
  • Assist in the integration of acquired entities into the Group’s HRIS ecosystem following established governance and standards.
  • Lead ongoing enhancements to HRIS functionalities, reporting, and operational procedures in response to evolving business needs.
  • Drive change management and promote stakeholder engagement to maximize adoption and effective use of HRIS platforms globally.
  • Develop and sustain the HRIS domain architecture covering core HR, payroll, talent management, workforce planning, learning, and related employee data systems.
  • Align HRIS roadmaps with Group HR strategies and enterprise technology principles, ensuring long-term system viability, vendor suitability, and cross-border scalability.
  • Enforce governance by acting as design authority for all HRIS projects, changes, and capital deployment.
  • Set and enforce standards for data structures, system integrations, security protocols, identity management, and access controls.
  • Review and validate HRIS solution designs to meet enterprise architecture and compliance mandates.
  • Engage as the primary technology liaison with HR leadership, vendors, system integrators, and stakeholders from Finance, IT Security, Legal, and Data teams to synchronize outcomes.
  • Ensure seamless integration of HRIS with ERP, finance, identity management, analytics, and other operational systems.
  • Champion HR master data governance, quality control, and lifecycle management through partnership with Data & Analytics.
  • Safeguard HR technology adherence to labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal risk policies across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with Risk and Security divisions to manage identity, access rights, duty segregation, and protection of sensitive employee information.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
  • Over 10 years’ experience in enterprise technology roles, particularly within HRIS, ERP, or people management systems at group or regional levels.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in defining and governing large-scale domain or enterprise solution architectures.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR workflows, employee data management, and system integration techniques.
  • Experience with international HRIS platforms such as DarwinBox, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
  • Exposure to payroll processing and regulatory frameworks across multiple countries.
  • Relevant certifications in architecture or governance, for example TOGAF or equivalent qualifications.
  • A strategic mindset capable of balancing visionary planning and pragmatic constraints.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong influencing abilities within federated organizational structures without direct authority.
  • Commitment to high standards in architecture integrity, data quality, and risk mitigation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR transformation, business process reengineering, and change management in multi-national settings.
  • Ability to reconcile enterprise governance objectives with operational realities and deployment considerations.
