Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for various field roles, including Electricians and Smart field positions. This role demands sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate interviews through multiple channels while maintaining meticulous recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates for field-based roles such as Electricians and Smart technicians.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process right from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
• Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews and organize face-to-face or virtual interviews.
• Utilize employment portals, social media, employee referrals, and local networking to find suitable candidates.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate databases and prepare daily recruitment status reports.
• Communicate regularly with candidates and clients to schedule interviews and final joining dates.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly recruitment objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably holds a graduate degree; however, strong communicators without formal degrees can apply.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in recruitment, with an advantage for those who have worked in blue-collar or field staff hiring.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle candidates effectively.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment handling large volumes.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
