Scouto AI is seeking a Human Resources fresher to assist with HR operations by leveraging data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and contemporary AI technologies. This opportunity is ideal for entry-level candidates keen on human resources, data analytics, Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets, and AI-enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, organize, and analyze HR datasets encompassing recruitment, employee profiles, attendance, onboarding, performance reviews, attrition, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and update dashboards, reports, and MIS trackers using Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as application volume, candidate shortlisting, interview progression, offer issuance, joining rates, process turnaround, source effectiveness, and drop-off analysis.
  • Examine workforce data to reveal patterns in headcount, attrition, attendance, performance, engagement, skill sets, and manpower needs.
  • Utilize AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc., to expedite processes including data cleaning, report drafting, formula generation, dashboard development, insight extraction, documentation, and workflow enhancement.
  • Translate raw HR data into actionable insights and summaries to aid decision-making for HR teams and business leaders.
  • Assist daily HR functions such as onboarding monitoring, employee documentation management, HRMS updates, query tracking, and process recording.
  • Identify repetitive reporting or operational tasks within HR and propose automation or simplification strategies utilizing Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, AI tools, or other workflow solutions.
  • Ensure the precision, consistency, and dependability of reports and AI-generated outputs before distribution to internal teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and responsible usage of employee and candidate information, applying AI tools ethically and securely.

Required Competencies

  • Strong enthusiasm for HR analytics and data-driven personnel insights.
  • Basic to intermediate competency in Excel or Google Sheets features including formulas, pivot tables, charts, filters, lookup functions, and data cleansing.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Power BI dashboard creation.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate findings in understandable business terms.
  • Practical experience using AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot for professional assignments.
