Role Overview

We seek a disciplined and diligent male helper to assist with various daily operational tasks including supporting kitchen activities, cleaning utensils, managing laundry, and providing basic support at the villa or office. The candidate must maintain high standards of hygiene and be proactive and courteous in addressing the company's daily requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily household, villa, office, or hostel duties including arranging kitchen items, dining and common areas, and laundry zones as directed.
• Support cooks, housekeeping teams, administration, and management with small organizing, shifting, cleaning, and maintenance tasks.
• Provide additional assistance during guest visits, events, shoots, or urgent needs.
• Serve food, tea, water, and related items politely and hygienically; maintain cleanliness of dining areas before and after meals.
• Wash kitchen utensils thoroughly, including plates, glasses, bottles, and cookware; keep all washed items dry and orderly.
• Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes, bedsheets, towels, and kitchen cloths, handling washing machines carefully.
• Adhere to cleanliness and hygiene norms personally and in workspaces; manage proper waste disposal and maintain tidiness of dustbins and kitchen areas.
• Report punctually for duty from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; complete all assigned duties daily and communicate any leave or delays in advance.
• Follow company instructions meticulously without dispute or delay.

Requirements

• Previous experience in household, villa, hostel, or office helper roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic serving, utensils cleaning, and laundry operations is essential.
• Must demonstrate cleanliness, punctuality, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
• Physically fit and able to handle daily physical tasks promptly.
• Basic proficiency in Hindi for communication.
• Male applicants only.

Working Hours and Discipline
