Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public spaces in accordance with hotel standards.
• Change linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities and supplies regularly.
• Perform vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting tasks to uphold hygiene and cleanliness.
• Report any maintenance problems, damaged furnishings, or lost and found items to relevant departments.
• Ensure rooms are fully prepared and inspected prior to guest arrivals.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Respond to guest requests quickly and deliver courteous, professional service.
• Use housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
• Keep housekeeping carts, linen rooms, and storage areas tidy and organized.
• Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance teams to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Follow all hotel policies, quality standards, and departmental procedures diligently.
• Participate in deep cleaning projects and other special housekeeping assignments when required.
