About the Role and Location
Our recently established care facility in Didcot, Oxfordshire, accommodates 70 residents, providing excellent Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Respite care services. We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to join our team on a contract basis.
Role Highlights

Key Responsibilities
The Housekeeping Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting setting throughout the home, contributing significantly to residents' comfort and dignity. Responsibilities encompass thorough cleaning of residents' rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to uphold high hygiene and presentation standards. The role also involves laundry duties such as washing, drying, ironing, and accurately labelling and returning clothing while treating items with care. Collaboration with the wider team is essential to adhere to infection control protocols, health and safety standards, and housekeeping procedures, maintaining efficiency and safety. The position requires working alternate weekends.
