Housekeeper

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and comfort within Lime Tree Village and residents' homes. This full-time position involves working 37.5 hours per week from 8am to 4pm, delivering outstanding service and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our elderly residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly cleaning residents' apartments through dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Carefully laundering residents' linens and clothing.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of communal spaces including lounges, dining areas, and corridors.
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks as required.
• Ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the village.

Qualifications and Skills

• Housekeeping experience, ideally in residential or hospitality environments.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong communication abilities and a friendly, compassionate attitude.
• Awareness and sensitivity to the needs of older adults.
• Willingness to complete background checks and participate in relevant training.
