Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Hostess to join our team in Dubai on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, welcoming guests, arranging seating, and maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth communication with guests and colleagues are essential for delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with guests from various backgrounds.
• Proven experience in handling reservations and organizational duties in a busy setting.
• Strong customer service skills and competence in phone etiquette.
• Capability to professionally address guest questions and concerns with calmness and courtesy.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Neat and professional appearance with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Mandatory previous experience as a waitress.
