Job description
Role Overview
This position is a diverse, front-of-house role encompassing hospitality suite management, event support, and reception duties, centered on delivering an exceptional hospitality experience in the Hospitality Suite and client-designated areas.
Main Duties
- Provide top-tier hospitality services for internal and external meetings and events.
- Prepare, service, and tidy meeting rooms throughout the day, including arranging catering, refreshments, and seating plans.
- Regularly check and restock hospitality areas such as coffee machines, crockery, and beverage stations.
- Assist with breakfast, lunch, and other catering requirements as needed.
- Uphold cleanliness, visual appeal, and organization of all hospitality and client-facing zones.
- Work collaboratively with reception and client hosts to ensure a smooth experience from client arrival to their meeting rooms.
- Coordinate and support internal events, liaising with stakeholders and tracking event requirements, while managing orders for external suppliers and maintaining logs.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and hygiene standards, including awareness of allergens.
- Provide cover for reception during holidays, sick leave, or other absences.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in hospitality, reception, workplace services, or similar client-facing operational roles.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities, capable of workload planning, team support, and maintaining excellent service and personal presentation standards.
- Excellent organizational capabilities with keen attention to detail and an aptitude for juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Confident communicator adept at building productive relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and service vendors.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset for process and service enhancements.
- Competent with computer applications, especially Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
