Hospitality Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Assistant to represent Compass Group Ireland by providing exemplary customer service in a full-time, onsite role. This position involves a 39-hour workweek from Monday to Friday, joining a passionate team that values pride in service, food quality, brand reputation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming and attending to guests to ensure a positive experience they remember.
• Efficiently serving customers with a smooth, personalized approach.
• Demonstrating thorough knowledge of the menu to suggest suitable options to patrons.
• Upholding and promoting the positive image of Compass Group UK&I.
• Adhering strictly to food handling and hygiene standards.
• Following all health and safety guidelines in the workplace.
