Head of Sales / Vertriebsleiter / Business Development (m/w/d) - Independent Sales Agent for Logistics

About the Role

We are seeking an independent sales leader to join as Head of Sales / Vertriebsleiter / Business Development for couriers and shippers, working as a free commercial agent in accordance with § 84 HGB. The role is primarily based in the Ruhr region, North Rhine-Westphalia, but location-independent within NRW is possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard couriers and shippers onto our platform.
• Conduct sales conversations and customer engagements.
• Lead business development efforts to expand client base.

Compensation and Terms

• Earn 30% commission from ESGO's brokerage fees on every booking made by your acquired customers.
• Commission is paid for 36 months starting from the account creation date for each new customer.
• No commission cap and unrestricted territory within NRW.
• Flexible working hours and the option for main job or side job engagement.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, or related fields.

Additional Details
