Role Overview

The Head of Learning Experience leads the Learning Experience team, overseeing people, budgets, and tools to deliver top-tier compliance learning content efficiently and innovatively. Reporting to the Co-Founder and CTO, the role is key to optimizing team effectiveness and adopting advanced tools like AI for enhanced output.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the LX team with clear goals, accountability, and growth support.
• Define and implement a vision for LX operations utilizing industry best practices and creative experience.
• Identify and execute improvements to maximize team capacity, budget, and tooling.
• Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art tools, focusing on AI and automation, to accelerate production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, aligning LX outputs with product management priorities.

• Extensive experience leading creative teams, especially in video production.
• A proven record of high-accountability leadership achieving peak team performance.
• Ability to adapt creatively under strict timelines and budgets.
• Strong talent for balancing quality against limited time and resources.
• Advanced knowledge and enthusiasm for tools and AI-driven automation.
• Self-motivated with a hands-off management style, proactive problem-solving, and ownership mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $175,000 to $215,000 annually. The company emphasizes equitable and fair pay with a no-negotiation policy to ensure fairness across the organization. Additional benefits include unlimited paid time off, detailed on the company's careers page.
