About Druids Golf and the Role

Druids Golf is a leading direct-to-consumer sports brand experiencing rapid expansion, headquartered in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking an outstanding Head of Growth and Performance to join our executive leadership team and steer the commercial growth strategy during an exciting phase of international expansion, new product introductions, and investment in AI and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own Druids Golf's commercial growth strategy. You will lead and oversee customer acquisition, marketing performance, and overall revenue growth with a focus on profitable, sustainable development rather than just return on ad spend (ROAS). Your role includes managing budget allocation across products, markets, and campaigns, leveraging data, AI, automation, and partnering with agencies and technology providers. You will influence cross-functional decisions alongside Buying, Ecommerce, Creative, and Leadership teams to uncover new international scaling opportunities.
