Head of Facility Management

Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and oversee facility management functions across Noida. This role involves steering operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and team leadership to ensure all facilities operate at optimal performance levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all facets of facility management activities within the Noida region.
• Create and execute strategic plans aimed at enhancing facility operational effectiveness and performance.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant local, state, and national regulations governing facility management.
• Supervise budgeting, financial planning, and control of expenses related to facility operations.
• Work collaboratively with various departments to resolve facility related challenges and promote ongoing improvements.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and performance supervision of the facility management team.
• Introduce and deploy cutting-edge technologies and best practices to advance facility services.
• Build and sustain partnerships with important stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
• Guarantee compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards across all facilities.
• Compile and present regular operational reports and performance metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Possession of professional facility management certifications such as CFM, FMP, or SFP.
• Additional qualifications in leadership, project management, or comparable areas are desirable.
• Between 20 to 25 years of extensive experience in real estate, with a specialization in facility management.
• Proven capability in senior leadership roles and strategic oversight of facility operations.
• Experience managing multiple facility sites within a defined region.
• Comprehensive knowledge of prevailing industry regulations and compliance standards.
