Role Overview

This position bridges content creation and growth marketing. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Codezal's LinkedIn profile, crafting engaging content in both Arabic and English, shaping the visual presentation of published materials, overseeing paid social media campaigns as drivers of growth, and developing the inbound and outbound lead pipelines through data-informed adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance Codezal's LinkedIn presence by producing compelling bilingual content in Arabic and English.
• Apply strong design sensibilities to produce visually appealing and polished posts and materials.
• Execute paid social media campaigns focusing on growth, not merely scheduling posts.
• Oversee media buying activities and budget management with an emphasis on return on investment.
• Develop and optimize inbound and outbound lead generation strategies based on performance data.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years' experience in a comparable marketing role, preferably within B2B or startup environments.
• Fluency in Arabic with excellent writing skills in both Arabic and English.
• A keen eye for design and confidence in producing high-quality visual content.
• Proficiency in managing paid social campaigns and analyzing campaign data.
