About The Role

SILQFi is dedicated to addressing cash flow and trade difficulties hindering businesses in Saudi Arabia. As Growth Lead – Activation, you will manage a crucial phase: converting newly acquired customers into active users of Fina’s financing solutions. This position is highly hands-on and centered around the customer experience. You will engage closely with merchants and customers to understand their onboarding process, identify obstacles, and facilitate their first order promptly. Collaborating closely with the Growth Squad, Marketing, and Risk/KYC teams, you will translate insights into seamless onboarding procedures and strategic prompts that accelerate activation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire onboarding and initial order process to reduce time-to-first-order and enhance completion rates.
  • Conduct in-depth interactions with merchants and customers via interviews, calls, and onsite visits to chart their experience and detect breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Squad to design and implement smoother onboarding flows and automated reminder systems.
  • Convert qualitative feedback into actionable UX enhancements and process optimizations to eliminate activation hurdles.
  • Work jointly with Marketing and Risk/KYC teams to resolve onboarding and activation challenges that impede funnel progress.
  • Monitor leads, activation rates, and funnel metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Candidate Profile

  • Up to 2 years' experience in B2B operations, field marketing, merchant acquisition, or customer growth roles.
  • A strong curiosity for customer discovery, enjoying user interviews and journey mapping to uncover friction points.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
  • A proactive approach and comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous, early-stage settings.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or comparable experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Practical experience in merchant onboarding or activation, with insight into real-life operational processes.
  • Familiarity or willingness to quickly learn CRM tools like Google Sheets, Zoho, or HubSpot for tracking leads and journeys.
  • An ability to map user journeys and clearly communicate where physical or digital processes fail.
