Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and driven Graphic Designer with over five years of experience. This role requires a combination of sharp intellect and emotional intelligence to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting within a rapidly growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent visual branding across all platforms — such as websites, emails, print materials, and sales presentations — adhering to brand guidelines.
• Create original designs for various marketing campaigns including in-app banners, emails, landing pages, sales decks, and advertisements.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, creative, and sales teams to ensure alignment with goals and deadlines.
• Keep abreast of current design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce innovative ideas and push creative boundaries.
• Oversee multiple design projects from concept through to completion, assuring timely delivery and quality output.
• Convert complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals that enhance the brand’s story and identity.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience in graphic design, preferably within technology or fintech sectors.
• Proficiency with design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini; experience with Jira is an advantage but not mandatory.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital campaign design projects.
• Exceptional creativity with a solid eye for aesthetics, typography, and composition.
• Excellent communication skills, team collaboration ability, openness to feedback, and agile iteration methods.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to excellence in every deliverable.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred, though outstanding candidates with proven experience and portfolio are also welcome.
• Practical experience using Claude or similar advanced language model tools to augment productivity and communication is a must.

Compensation

This contractor role offers a monthly gross pay ranging from $2,500 to $3,333 USD, reflecting both foundational skills and growth potential.
