Job Overview
This position is tailored for a graphic designer experienced in creating retail point-of-sale (POS) materials and product mockups to support brand growth within physical retail settings. The hired designer will craft a cohesive set of retail POS assets including countertop, shelf, and floor-standing display graphics, alongside generating realistic 3D or photorealistic product and display mockups. The role also includes designing a thorough wholesale and retailer guidebook to ensure uniform visual standards and print readiness across all materials. Structural concepts and style guides will be provided. This is a fully remote opportunity with immediate availability.
Key Deliverables
- Design and complete print-ready graphics for various retail displays such as countertops, shelves, and floor-stands.
- Create photorealistic or 3D mockups featuring accurate product positioning and perspectives.
- Develop supporting POS items like shelf talkers, informational cards, signage, and promotional visuals.
- Produce a professionally designed wholesale and retailer guidebook available in print-ready and digital PDF formats detailing product data, selling points, merchandising tips, display options, and lifestyle imagery.
- Supply all deliverables with editable source files.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable expertise in designing retail POS materials, packaging, and merchandising collateral.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and tools for 3D/mockup creation.
- Capability to produce photorealistic product and display mockups.
- Knowledge of print production specifications for physical displays and materials.
- Experience in authoring sales collateral and guidebooks for wholesale or retail sectors.
- Strong focus on detail, layout precision, and visual coherence.
- Self-driven with ability to manage timelines and consistently deliver high-quality, print-ready assets.
- Immediate availability and comfortable collaborating remotely.
