About the Role

A boutique social agency based in London is seeking a creative and adaptable Graphic Designer & Videographer to become part of their close-knit team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at transforming concepts into refined visual content for both print and digital media, with a strong sense for impactful social media performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create digital and print materials including social media graphics, infographics, event branding, and advertisements.
• Shoot and edit video content in various formats, focusing on short-form videos for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and Stories.
• Contribute to developing and refining brand identities and visual guidelines for the agency and its clients.
• Design visually compelling pitch decks and presentations.
• Support website design and content updates with consideration for SEO and user experience.
• Perform photography shoots, editing, and retouching with professional standards.
• Experiment with AI-based image and video tools to enhance the creative process.
• Collaborate closely with account teams and clients to translate creative briefs into final outputs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in graphic design, photography, or a related creative field.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, photography, video, and social media content creation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and video editing software like CapCut.
• Familiarity with website platforms and basic content management plugins.
• Strong understanding of photography equipment, lighting, and post-production techniques.
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach with a focus on deadlines.
• Experience working across diverse industries and client types.

Additional Details

Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per year
Work Pattern: Hybrid role based in London with requirement to be in office four days per week.
Team Environment: Small, values-driven team offering genuine ownership of projects from concept through to delivery.
