About the Role

Kingsley Management Inc. invites applications for a skilled Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator to enhance their Marketing department on a 12-month contractual basis, with a potential extension or shift to a permanent position. This newly established role focuses on supporting the design, creative, and social media content demands for Kingsley Management and its associated brands. The focus is squarely on generating excellent visual and social media assets that uphold strong creativity, consistency, and precise execution across various brand identities.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and deliver high-quality digital, social media, email, and website creative assets across diverse brands.
• Modify creative ideas to fit multiple platforms, ensuring uniformity while customizing content to the preferences of each channel and its audience.
• Prepare print-ready materials including signs, brochures, posters, and marketing collateral, guaranteeing precision with bleeds, crop marks, and production details.
• Assist in the scheduling and coordination of social media content calendars for multiple platforms, aligning with overarching marketing plans.
• Manage the full social media content lifecycle: from ideation and creation to publication across platforms.
• Keep abreast of social media trends, best practices, and new digital content formats, integrating these learnings into engaging, brand-consistent outputs.
• Support continuous brand development efforts to maintain visual consistency.
• Work closely with marketing and kitchen teams to activate campaigns and business initiatives.
• Translate creative directives into compelling visual narratives in line with brand guidelines.
• Use constructive feedback to promptly refine work while preserving design quality.
• Handle several projects concurrently while adhering to tight deadlines in a fast-moving setting.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years professional experience in graphic design and content coordination.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, social, and print media design.
• Experience working with multiple brands, demonstrating the ability to adapt design styles appropriately.
• In-depth knowledge of platform-specific design restrictions for Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, emails, and more.
• Skill in preparing professional print files, including attention to bleeds, crop marks, and production standards.
• Proven experience managing and coordinating social media content calendars across various platforms.
• Capability in creating comprehensive social media content journeys, from concept to final posting.
• A solid understanding of social media current trends, digital design sensibilities, and platform-tailored content, with a knack for converting trends into branded creativity.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Final Cut Pro is advantageous.
• Exposure to motion graphics, video editing, brand development, or UI/UX design presents additional value.
• Strong visual communication, detail orientation, and collaborative skills.
• Adept at working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
