About the Role
DOSED seeks a full-time Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content for two brands: DOSED (a Direct-to-Consumer brand) and Merkle Labs (a B2B brand). This remote position involves producing engaging Instagram and LinkedIn carousels, advertising creatives, and scalable brand visual systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3 to 5 carousels weekly for Instagram and LinkedIn platforms.
- Design high-performing advertisements focused on click-through rates and conversions rather than just aesthetic appeal.
- Develop brand visual templates that feel unique and scalable rather than generic.
- Collaborate directly with founders and the content team to ensure rapid feedback and iterative improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience designing for D2C or consumer brands, with a strong understanding of what makes content engaging.
- Ability to produce a 10-slide carousel within six hours.
- Focus on designing with engagement metrics in mind, such as saves and click-through rates.
- A portfolio demonstrating real-world performance metrics linked to designed content.

- Designers specialized exclusively in UI/UX.
- Print designers moving into digital design roles.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop is essential; After Effects skills for motion carousels is a plus.
- Work remotely from anywhere within India.
- A strong portfolio with engagement numbers is required—applications without portfolios will not be considered.
Performance Evaluation
Success metrics include the number of saves, click-through rate (CTR), and turnaround speed.
