Role overview

Koin Limited is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to support its product team on a full-time contract arrangement. The position focuses on producing polished product visuals, web graphics, and brand assets across a range of products and brands. It is a high-energy role that calls for accuracy, strong visual judgment, and the ability to work quickly while maintaining quality.

What you will do

Handle a mix of design work and related administrative tasks.
Create product imagery for company websites.
Develop visual material for products and literature.
Design product decks and brand presentations.
Coordinate closely with the Senior Product Designer, Head of Product Development, and the broader product team.
Complete assigned work within agreed timelines.
Make sure all deliverables follow brand guidelines and quality expectations.

Language requirement

Strong written and spoken English is required.

Good organization and the ability to juggle several briefs at once.

Requirements

Prior experience in a similar graphic design role.
Solid command of Adobe Creative Suite, with Photoshop and Illustrator as essential tools.
Experience using time-tracking software such as Time Doctor.
A strong portfolio showing creative, high-impact social and ad assets across different formats.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Comfort working under pressure in fast-paced live environments.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Ability to follow structured workflows while adapting quickly when needed.
A dependable internet connection and an appropriate home-working setup.
Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
Comfort with managing several projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Team-oriented mindset and openness to constructive feedback.
Ability to move quickly between different brand styles and asset types.
Continuous focus on improving both content and processes.
