Job Overview
Veerwal Getwork Services Private Limited is urgently hiring for the position of Gold Loan Officer to be based in Ludhiana, Hoshiarpur, and Phagwara. This role involves sales and valuation duties specifically in the gold loan department.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire customers requesting gold loans.
- Manage individual responsibilities as well as guide team efforts.
- Meet monthly sales targets by effectively converting assigned leads.
- Appraise gold ornaments accurately and verify customer KYC at their doorstep.
- Travel within designated territories to disburse loans adhering to company procedures.
- Generate leads by leveraging existing customers and database resources.
- Focus on productivity and revenue generation continuously.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with high net-worth individual (HNI) customers for potential future transactions.
- Work closely with various departments to manage complaints regarding customers, loan disbursal, and processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with organization policies, processes, and guidelines.
Compensation and Interview Process
The compensation package ranges from 3 lakh to 5 lakh INR per annum plus substantial incentives and travel allowance. Interviews will be conducted face-to-face.
