Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and globally focused leader to serve as our Global Vice President for Talent & Organizational Development. In this role, you will design and implement strategies to enhance talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational capabilities worldwide. You will guide transformation efforts, boost leadership effectiveness, and help build an organization prepared for the future. This position requires strategic vision, transformative leadership skills, and operational excellence in an international setting.

This role is primarily remote within Europe, but regular visits to our headquarters in Osnabrück, Germany, are expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and perpetually refine Hellmann’s global talent and organization development strategy aligned with business goals and expansion plans.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive talent management framework throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Lead and continuously improve the global performance management system including related processes and tools.
• Execute data-based succession and workforce planning strategies.
• Elevate leadership quality through defining global leadership standards and spearheading development initiatives.
• Design and deploy global skill development programs, including tailored reskilling and upskilling initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on matters of organizational effectiveness, talent management, and preparing the future workforce.
• Lead and inspire an international team fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a closely related discipline.
• Broad international experience in talent development, leadership cultivation, performance management, and organizational development.
• Proven success leading large-scale people transformation projects in global enterprises.
• Expertise in succession planning, workforce management, and talent lifecycle strategies.
• Experience influencing senior executives and driving change within complex matrix organizations.
• A global mindset supported by international professional backgrounds and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of managing and growing diverse international teams.
• Strategic and data-driven approach with an emphasis on practical execution and long-term impact.
• Fluent in English with readiness to travel internationally and regularly work from Osnabrück in a hybrid setting.
