About the Role
Ajyad Real Estate is looking to hire a dedicated General Maintenance Technician to enhance their property management services. This role primarily focuses on maintaining properties with a strong emphasis on air conditioning systems.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair air conditioning units ensuring optimal performance.
- Apply basic skills across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance tasks.
- Support general upkeep and repair activities within the properties managed by the company.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Significant hands-on experience in air conditioning system maintenance and repair.
- Fundamental knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Primary expertise in at least one core field of property maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
