Full Stack Web Developer

About the Role

Obs Digital Services is developing a cutting-edge SaaS platform tailored for the hospitality sector. This comprehensive system comprises various web applications including a Property Owner Dashboard, Guest Portal, Admin Control Panel, Marketing Website, CMS, API Services, Authentication & User Management, and Reporting & Analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable frontend and backend systems to support platform growth.
• Design and implement clean, efficient RESTful APIs.
• Develop secure authentication and authorization features to safeguard user data.
• Create reusable, clean, and maintainable codebases.
• Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure excellent user experience.
• Integrate external APIs as needed to enhance functionality.
• Optimize app performance for speed and responsiveness.
• Write comprehensive documentation for newly developed features.
• Engage in architecture planning and discussions.
• Deploy and maintain applications running in production environments.

Required Skills

• Frontend expertise with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design.
• Backend development proficiency using Node.js with Express.js or NestJS frameworks.
• Strong knowledge in REST API development, JWT-based authentication, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Database experience including PostgreSQL and MySQL, with skills in design and query optimization.
• Version control mastery using Git and GitHub.
• Additional competencies include Docker, Redis, Swagger/OpenAPI, WebSockets, file upload mechanisms, API security, and performance tuning.

Desirable Experience

• Prior development of SaaS platforms, CRMs, ERPs, hotel management software, booking systems, or multi-tenant applications.
• Implementation experience with payment gateway integrations.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
