Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the daily operations at Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort, a distinguished four-star property set within 130 acres of historic parkland dating back to 833 A.D. The successful candidate will oversee the front desk, guest services, reservations, and lobby, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and seamless operational efficiencies.

Windward oversees a portfolio of roughly 2,000 hotel keys across Ireland and Continental Europe, focusing on operational excellence, marketing, and financial management to maximize each property's potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver the highest quality of guest service throughout all front office functions.
- Manage daily front desk activities: check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and cash procedures.
- Ensure accurate room inventory control and coordinate with housekeeping to maintain room readiness.
- Adhere to and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Oversee night audit operations and validate daily revenue figures.
- Recruit, train, and mentor front office personnel, including receptionists and reservation agents.
- Develop and manage staff rosters to maintain appropriate coverage aligned with business needs.
- Promote a positive, professional atmosphere among team members.
Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in hospitality operations, specifically front office management.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Proficiency in managing reservations and front desk systems.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to oversee financial transactions and revenue reporting.
