Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist guests as the primary reception representative.
• Manage smooth operations from guest check-in through check-out.
• Liaise and coordinate efficiently with all hotel departments to ensure superior guest service.
• Handle cash operations accurately and manage front office billing responsibly.
• Address individual guest requests with dedication, attentiveness, and a service-driven approach.

Candidate Profile

• Completed training in hospitality or relevant experience as a career changer with a passion for guest service.
• Strong service orientation and ability to create a genuine welcoming atmosphere.
• Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written, to interact daily with international guests.
• Organizational skills and capability to juggle multiple tasks effectively, even during busy periods.
