Silicon City Pet Hospital in Bangalore is seeking a warm, dependable, and self-assured Front Desk Receptionist to join our 24/7 multi-specialty veterinary hospital, located at Hennur / RK Hegde Nagar.

Key Duties

• Welcome and assist pet owners with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage registrations, appointment scheduling, billing, and payment processing for patients.
• Respond to phone calls and WhatsApp messages efficiently.
• Explain hospital treatments, packages, and basic procedures to clients.
• Coordinate communication between doctors, veterinary assistants, pharmacy, and other departments.
• Maintain precise records of patients and financial transactions.
• Conduct follow-up calls and remind clients about upcoming appointments.
• Address client inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Keep reception area tidy, organized, and inviting.
• Assist with daily front desk administration tasks.
• Inform clients about hospital services, preventive care packages, and admission/discharge/payment procedures for in-patients.

Candidate Profile

• Strong skills in communication and customer interaction.
• Fluency in English and Kannada is required; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy essential.
• Friendly demeanor with professional appearance.
• Comfortable communicating over phone and WhatsApp.
• Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Prior experience in reception, hospital, clinic, hotel, salon, customer service, or front-office roles is favorable.
