Front Desk Manager

Role Overview

The Front Desk Manager position involves welcoming clients and gym members, verifying memberships, closing sales of gym packages, and conducting telephonic sales calls. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to handle a busy, dynamic front desk environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in clients and members effectively.
• Verify the validity of gym memberships and packages.
• Promote and sell gym membership packages to prospective clients.
• Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate sales.
• Maintain smooth communication and coordination under pressure.

Working Hours and Location

Shift timing is from 12 noon to 9 PM with a break included. The position is located near Life Care Nursing Home, close to Belur Station and Lalbaba College in Kolkata.

Compensation and Incentives

The offered fixed salary ranges from INR 10,000 to 12,000 per month, complemented by variable incentives and bonuses based on performance. Excellent sales performance is rewarded with high incentives for every sale made. Payments are disbursed weekly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with a background in sales are highly preferred.
• Experience or comfort with telesales activities is advantageous.
• Strong coordination abilities and resilience under pressure are essential.
