Key Responsibilities

• Create modern, customer-facing web applications from scratch.

Candidate Profile and Skills

Ideal candidates love collaborating across teams and challenge assumptions constructively. While security background is not mandatory, experience in domains like fintech, healthcare, payments, or critical infrastructure where software has tangible consequences is advantageous but not required. We will provide domain knowledge training, emphasizing product judgement as key.

Preferred Expertise

• Experience delivering modern web applications using technologies like TypeScript and React.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication flows, and handling real-time data.
• Designing scalable component libraries and comprehensive design systems.

Work Environment & Location

The founding engineering team is based in Singapore to foster close collaboration, rapid innovation, and trust-building through face-to-face interactions. The role is full-time with a hybrid work model that balances remote work and in-person meetings for brainstorming and design sessions.

Eligibility & Practical Details

• Applicants must be living in Singapore and legally authorized to work (Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or current Employment Pass holders).
• International relocation or new Employment Pass sponsorship is not available.
• Compensation includes competitive salary and meaningful equity shares within the founding team.
