Role Description

This internship with MGallery offers the opportunity to contribute to the guest experience in restaurants and lounges by assisting the Food & Beverage team. You will aid in delivering warm, sophisticated service aligned with the brand's standards, supporting daily operations and special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Food & Beverage operations in restaurants, bars, and events.
• Ensure smooth service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets.
• Prepare service areas and tables to brand standards before shifts.
• Welcome and interact with guests, responding attentively to their needs.
• Learn and apply service protocols, menu details, and upselling techniques.
• Collaborate effectively with team members for efficient service delivery.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety guidelines in handling food and equipment.
• Assist during themed nights, events, and promotional occasions.
• Show eagerness to learn and adapt across different Food & Beverage areas.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related academic program.
• Passion for Food & Beverage operations and customer service.
• Positive demeanor, professional appearance, and teamwork skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Motivation to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures is beneficial.
