The Financial Director will spearhead the financial operations of a publicly listed tech company based in Riyadh, steering compliance, enhancing financial results, and supporting sustainable long-term growth. This strategic role encompasses oversight of financial planning, treasury, governance, and delivering key insights for executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives and vision.
• Provide senior leadership and the Board with timely, precise financial analyses and advice.
• Prepare annual budgets, long-range forecasts, and detailed financial models supporting corporate goals.
• Manage accounting, reporting, and audit processes ensuring adherence to IFRS and applicable regulations.
• Produce accurate financial statements, management reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance relative to plans, identifying discrepancies and proposing actions.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial systems, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Maintain internal controls, risk frameworks, and compliance with governance standards.
• Handle tax planning, regulatory compliance, and liaise with external auditors and regulators.
• Stay informed about stock exchange listing requirements, market regulations, and financial laws.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, working capital, banking relationships, and capital allocation strategies.
• Assess investment opportunities and optimize the company’s capital structure.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Enhance the financial capabilities suitable for a rapidly expanding IT firm listed on the stock market.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Professional finance certifications like CPA, CMA, CFA, or similar highly desirable.
• Between 12 and 15 years of progressive experience in financial leadership, including a minimum of 5 years in senior management roles.
• Extensive familiarity with IFRS, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements for listed companies.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analytics, treasury, and risk management.
• Experience in the IT or technology industries considered an advantage.
