Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports aligned with Group standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide clear explanations regarding operational results.
- Uphold strict financial controls compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audit activities by preparing necessary documentation and clarifications.
- Maintain and update standard costs for products with prompt communication on adjustments.
- Manage annual cost rolls including labor and overhead rate determination.
- Assist in legal entity URP calculations through intercompany purchase price variance reconciliations.
- Provide cost estimates for new product launches, pricing strategies, and business case evaluations.
- Analyze cost drivers and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
- Evaluate and report on purchase price variances from materials and suppliers.
- Perform rigorous inventory analysis covering quarantined and restricted stock.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain on financial implications of GMP-related issues.
- Oversee works order processes ensuring accurate WIP and finished goods reporting and resolving discrepancies.
- Work with Operations leadership to understand production plans and financial performance metrics.
- Provide financial insights to support decisions on production efficiency, yield, and capacity.
- Coordinate with offshore and shared service teams for alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings ensuring financial consistency.
- Support budgeting and re-forecasting, including spend analysis, variance reporting and scenario modeling.
- Integrate operational plans into cohesive financial forecasts in collaboration with all functions.
- Ensure traceability and audit readiness of financial data related to production and inventory.
- Drive continuous improvements in finance systems and processes such as automation and standardization.
- Support SAP implementation and enhancements.
- Assist the FP&A Manager and broader finance team as needed.
- Engage in cross-functional initiatives like cost save projects and system deployments.
- Take on additional responsibilities aligned with evolving organizational needs.

Qualifications & Experience
- Part-qualified accountant status (CA or CMA).
- 4 to 8 years of experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
- Proficient in using JDE and SAP ERP systems.
- Strong aptitude with numbers and spreadsheets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with initiative and able to work independently.
- Team player showing adaptability to accomplish key tasks.
