Overview

The Finance Manager position is integral to leading and optimizing the financial operations of the organization. Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines; advanced degrees or CPA certification are advantages.
• Between 5 to 7 years of increasing responsibility in financial management within reputable establishments.
• Advanced capabilities in financial modeling, strategic planning, and sophisticated data analysis.
• Demonstrated proficiency handling budgets, forecasting, and long-term fiscal planning.
• Deep understanding of accounting standards, financial regulations, and compliance matters.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach finance teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong communication aptitude for conveying complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
• Expertise in financial tools, including Excel and financial software systems.
• Experience with accounting software, ERP platforms, and data governance principles.
