Field Service Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer to provide expert on-site technical support across various customer locations. This position involves diagnosing hardware issues, installing and maintaining systems, replacing faulty components, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to deliver direct technical assistance.
• Identify and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices.
• Set up, configure, and upkeep computer equipment and peripheral devices.
• Replace malfunctioning hardware parts as necessary.
• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to prevent equipment failures.
• Complete and submit detailed service reports following every customer interaction.
• Collaborate effectively with the technical support team to solve complex issues.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor whilst engaging with clients.
• Ensure all service tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should have relevant technical knowledge and skills to manage hardware and system maintenance effectively. Strong diagnostic capabilities and customer service aptitude are essential.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this role ranges between 15,000 and 25,000 INR.
