Field Sales Executive

About the Role

The position of Field Sales Executive is essential for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong connections with painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers. This role demands daily engagement with customers through site visits and active presence at assigned stores, contributing to expanding the brand's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients including painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct at least two site visits each day to explore and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Dedicate a minimum of two hours daily at assigned retail outlets to support sales and interact with customers.
• Organize and facilitate weekly meetings with applicators to promote product adoption and team coordination.
• Submit accurate daily sales reports on time through the online portal.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid two-wheeler for field operations is mandatory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and motivated by achieving performance targets.
• Preferred minimum qualification is graduation.
• Experience of 6 to 12 months in channel sales sectors such as AP/Akzo, Laminates, Plywood, Electricals, or Lubricants.
• Fresh graduates or individuals from insurance or banking backgrounds with sales capability are welcome to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Take-home salary ranging from INR 17,000 to 20,000, negotiable.
• Monthly wages allowance of INR 4000.
• Attractive performance-based incentives.
• Opportunity for absorption into the company after one year subject to performance.
• Travel allowance between INR 2000 and 4000 per month depending on profile.

Additional Information

• Job locations include Sikka Road, Krishanghar, Khejaroli, Jhunjhuna, and Bhiwadi; work is on-site.
• Only male candidates aged between 18 to 30 years are eligible.
• Applicants must be residents of the mentioned locations.
• Available to freshers and candidates with over one year of experience in field sales, channel sales, banking, or insurance sales.
• Educational criteria include graduates or postgraduates from any year of passing.
• This is a day shift role managed under third-party payroll (2Coms).
• Proficiency in the local language of the specified locations is mandatory.
