Job description
Overview
We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, focusing on expanding our merchant base in the digital payments sector. This role involves frequent local market visits and active promotion of our range of digital payment products.
Primary Responsibilities
- Visit local merchants regularly to acquire new clients.
- Promote various digital payment instruments such as QR payment solutions, Soundbox devices, Electronic Data Capture (EDC) card machines, and other related merchant services.
- Handle complete onboarding procedures and ensure that merchants successfully activate the products.
- Arrange for device installation and provide comprehensive training for merchants on proper usage.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets on daily, weekly, and monthly levels.
- Address merchant inquiries and foster strong, lasting business relationships.
- Maintain accurate and updated sales records through the company’s dedicated mobile application.
Requirements
Interested candidates should be dynamic and possess strong interpersonal skills to engage with various merchants effectively. Experience in sales or marketing, especially within digital or financial technology sectors, will be advantageous.
Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite position based in Bengaluru, with a salary range from 19,000 to 35,000 INR per month.
