Field Inspector

Job Objective

The key purpose of this position is to conduct on-site inspection and supervision over entities under oversight to verify their adherence to laws, regulations, and directives. This role focuses on identifying violations and risks, compiling detailed reports, and making recommendations to support compliance and enhance sector safety.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled field visits and inspections as per authorized plans.
• Examine policies, procedures, documentation, and records of oversight entities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Collect and analyze evidence and information related to inspection results.
• Document observations, prepare inspection reports, and submit recommendations.
• Discuss findings with representatives of the inspected entity.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and address noted issues.
• Assess operational and supervisory risks and report any deficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal departments and relevant authorities to support compliance and monitoring activities.
• Participate in the development of methodologies and procedures for field inspections.
