Field Executive

About the Role

Repair-It, operated by Protomotive Technologies Pvt. Ltd., seeks dynamic and customer-oriented Delivery Associates to efficiently handle vehicle pick-up and drop-off duties and support the onboarding of new garage partners. This hybrid role blends hands-on field operations with elements of business development, ideal for candidates who enjoy engaging with customers and fostering local business connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect vehicles from customers at specified pick-up locations.
• Return serviced vehicles safely and punctually to clients.
• Liaise with customers and partnering garages to coordinate schedules for pick-up and delivery.
• Ensure the proper handover of vehicles and obtain all necessary acknowledgements.
• Maintain and update delivery and job progress using the Repair-It mobile application.
• Visit potential garage partners within assigned territories to demonstrate and explain the Repair-It Partner App.
• Guide prospective partners through the onboarding process, respond to their inquiries, and gather necessary KYC documentation.
• Verify documents and complete garage partner onboarding formalities.
• Develop and sustain strong working relations with garage owners and conduct follow-ups to ensure successful onboarding and activation.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: completion of 10th or 12th standard; graduates preferred.
• Possession of valid driving licences for two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
• Comfortable operating both motorcycles and cars.
• Good familiarity with local routes and geographical areas.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile app usage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and customer-centric mindset.
• Prior experience in delivery, logistics, field sales, or customer service is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple field tasks with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
