About the Role
Noah Sports is a prominent Indian racquet sports company with over 25 years of expertise, engaging in retail, e-commerce, coaching, and sports infrastructure. They are launching a new multi-sport center in Horamavu, Bangalore, offering Tennis, Padel, Pickleball, and Football. The facility manager will oversee daily operations and foster a vibrant sports community from inception.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the sports center.
- Manage court reservations, memberships, and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure an excellent experience for all athletes and guests.
- Organize various tournaments, leagues, coaching sessions, and community events.
- Establish and maintain connections with players, academies, coaches, schools, and corporate clients.
- Promote venue use and increase memberships through outreach and partnerships.
- Supervise the on-site staff to maintain operational smoothness.
- Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and overall facility upkeep.
- Collaborate with management on marketing and business development plans.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree in any field.
- One to three years of relevant experience in operations, hospitality, sports management, events, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for sports and community development.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays according to business needs.
