Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building maintenance and repair operations
- Coordinate external service providers and craftsmen
- Manage furniture assembly and relocations within the facility
- Support event setups and teardowns
- Handle incoming requests and maintenance tickets efficiently
- Recognize and address safety hazards promptly
Candidate Profile
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent organizational aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge in building maintenance is advantageous
- Proficient with Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Docs, and Sheets
- Physically fit with a practical, hands-on approach to work
- Additional skills in Jira, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC systems are beneficial
