Job Location
The role is based in Satara, Maharashtra, India.
Areas of Responsibility
This position falls within the Supply Chain domain.
Payroll and Attendance Management
- Oversee daily employee attendance and accurately update leaves within the Attendance Management System.
- Prepare the payroll input data and verify entries in the Salary Register.
- Generate various payroll-related reports to facilitate smooth salary processing.
Employee Life Cycle Management
- Manage all phases of the employee life cycle: induction and joining formalities, confirmation, promotions, transfers, changes in reporting lines, and separations.
- Prepare relieving letters for departing employees with appropriate documentation.
Recruitment Process
- Coordinate recruitment activities including organizing written tests and conducting interviews.
- Search and source candidates via job portals and recruitment consultants.
- Manage walk-in interview schedules.
- Draft offer letters and facilitate medical tests for selected candidates.
Training Administration
- Administer training sessions according to the Annual Training Calendar.
- Maintain updated training records and process payments to external trainers.
Statutory Compliance
- Complete monthly filing of statutory returns in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain statutory registers and records aligned with legal requirements.
- Coordinate contract labor management in collaboration with external contractors.
Personnel Administration
- Source and distribute welfare items for employees.
- Maintain quality-related records in accordance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems standards.
- Produce various monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
